Cancellations

Your reservation assures you that the room will be held in your name for the desired date.  Your reservation assures us that the room has been rented.  We understand that last minute emergencies and unforeseen circumstances do arise, however we regret that exceptions to our policy cannot be made.

To guarantee a confirmed reservation, we require a one-night deposit, in the form of a check made payable to Joseph Arellano.  Reservations for hunting season, holidays, and stays of 7 nights or longer require a 50% deposit.  The deposit is due within 7 days of making the reservation.  The balance is due at check in.  We accept cash, and checks.

  • There is a $20 Administration Fee for all cancelled reservations regardless of when the cancellation is made.
  • Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival date will only be charged the Administration Fee.  Cancellations made 30 to 1 days prior to your arrival date, 50% of first night’s stay plus Administration Fee will be charged to your card.
  • For cancellations made under 24 hours or a No show / No call, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
  • There is no refund for late arrival or early departure.

Hunting Season and Holidays Cancellation Policy:
A Non-Refundable Deposit of 50% of your stay is charged to your Credit Card at the Time of Reservation. Cancellations made inside of 30 Days from your Arrival Date, regardless of circumstance, Full Balance will be Charged to your Credit Card. There is no refund for late arrival or early departure.
